This page contains some general guidance on layout decisions. BI uses borders as a visual element to both bring the identity from the logo in, but also to box content in a visually pleasing way. Below are some tips and files to help out.
Borders and gradients are a big part of our visual identity. Below are our most used visual layout elements.
In applications, we can use the logo borders as dynamic elements.
The borders of the BI logo is flexible and this is an example of how you can use the boarder together with the "BI". The "BI" must never be used without the border.
To achieve a consistent look on application surfaces of different sizes and formats, we use an implementation rule.
The border’s starting point (the end with the weakest gradient) is by 1/4 of the application surface’s total width.
